Late-Season Orchard Wedding Inspiration
Never in my life have I considered how pretty a post-harvest orchard wedding could be after the most of the leaves have fallen to the fertile ground below. But leave it to Adrian Michael, one of British Columbia's finest fine art film photographers to capture the splendour of a late season kiwi orchard shoot to inspire wedding aficionados, industry vendors, and creative brides, whose interests are piqued by the concept of an ambient orchard wedding with a cool winter palette and a crisp earthen backdrop. From a collection of dusty blues, pinks, and rusts, to a slim Anna Campbell gown luxuriously embellished, to neutral, contemporary architecture bedecked with candles, this romantic yet modern collaboration would work well in vineyards and orchards alike. Set the ceremony in the mid to late afternoon when the light is softened by a seasonal haze, and the mood is instantly set, lending sheer romance and elegance to a setting sure to beguile. I'm thoroughly enchanted and I hope you are too. For more by Adrian Michael, I'd love to recommend you check out his unconventional prairie wedding and a coastal winter wedding shoot.
