Summer Desert Palette

One of Canada's enduring winter traditions is escaping south for warmth, sunshine, and a break from the long winter that most of the country experiences.  Of Georgia Photography from Saskatchewan found a sweet reprieve in the Arizona desert and returned home with wedding inspiration rife with dusky warm weather hues just right as summer colours begin to fill the Canadian landscape.  

On another note, Vale + Vine is really excited to see a fine art film photographer emerge from the wedding industry in Saskatchewan.  Of Georgia Photography is the first that I've come across in the aforementioned prairie province, which makes me wonder who else is out there!  I've had the pleasure of featuring some of Canada's finest fine art wedding vendors from photographers to florists to calligraphers to designers, most of them based out of British Columbia, Manitoba, and Ontario, with along with a few from Alberta.  I would LOVE if Vale + Vine readers could spread the word to help build the growing fine art wedding community in Canada and help spread the use of film and the fine art aesthetic that Vale + Vine celebrates.  Instagram and Facebook are great ways to do this and I always welcome tips on who to follow or connect with.  Send your suggestions to jaime@valeandvine.com or leave the appropriate Instagram handles on one of Vale + Vine's images @valeandvine
