This Anniversary Session Will Have You Booking the Next Flight to Paris

The fine art bride is a lover of timeless details, heirlooms and celebrating each moment as if it were their last. It’s no surprise that these brides are also avid travellers who dream of taking their partner to romantic destinations around the globe each year to celebrate their anniversary. We were truly tempted to hop on the next flight to Paris after receiving this anniversary session from Canadian photographer, Jennifer Hodder.

From the photographer: “Emily & Joe came all the way from Michigan to celebrate their one year anniversary in the most romantic city in the world – Paris. They both agreed to get up super early in order to have the city to ourselves and as you can see it was totally worth it!

We started out at the iconic Tuileries Gardens and walked along the river until we came to a large lion statue and we were just about to pass it when Emily said that her maiden name meant lion, so naturally I had to stop and include such a metaphorical representation. We finished our shoot when we got to the Pont Alexandre III bridge and we went our separate ways.”
